About our Residential Body Corporate

About Livingstonia

As one of the two original Sanctuary Cove communities, St Andrews Terrace has a proud history befitting its name, the home of golf. Livingstonia comprises 96, two and three-bedroom villas that boundary the Palms golf course. It is the only fully strata-titled body corporate in Sanctuary Cove with a community of permanent and holiday-home owners and residents.

Originally intended to fulfil the holiday golf letting role at Sanctuary Cove, it is such a wonderful environment many owners chose to live here full time. Conveniently located near the main gate and close to the village, St Andrews Terrace enjoys great sea breezes, the uninterrupted views of the beautiful Palms course, and the evening spectacular of Mount Tamborine.  More than anything though, there is a strong sense of community and fellowship at Livingstonia, as borne by our community vision statement:

Vision – where we want to be

To work together in a friendly and community-driven environment that protects both their investment and their choice of lifestyle within the wider Sanctuary Cove community.

Mission – how we are going to get there

Extend a strong level of two-way informative communication coupled with fun community events to ensure a pro-active approach to the changing needs of our community.

Our Values and Behaviours

  • Foster a strong community spirit
  • Nurture a collaborative approach to decision-making
  • Encourage support and empathy for all whilst embracing change for the better well-being of all stakeholders
  • Support the operating guidelines and principles of the greater Sanctuary Cove community

Our By-Laws

As with all Bodies Corporate at Sanctuary Cove, Livingstonia RBC residents are required to comply with PBC, PTBC and RBC by-laws.  You can find information on the first two on the specific pages.  For Livingstonia by-laws, please follow this link.
