MULPHA Sanctuary Cove is pleased to announce the elevation of executive Stephen Anderson to the new role of General Manager of Mulpha Sanctuary Cove, Australia’s premier golfing and marina resort community.

Previously in the position of Commercial Manager at Sanctuary Cove, Mr Anderson has now assumed additional responsibility and takes the helm of day-to-day operations across development, construction, events and marketing.

Mr Anderson, a chartered accountant, joined Mulpha in 2010 as Commercial Manager, a role in which he played an integral role in the financial management of the masterplanned community.

Mulpha Australia Limited Chief Executive Officer Mr Greg Shaw said Mr Anderson had also represented Mulpha’s interests at Sanctuary Cove on various body corporate and golf club boards.

“He has also acted as chairman of Sanctuary Cove’s Primary Thoroughfare Body Corporate for the past three years,” Mr Shaw said.

“This deep community engagement, combined with his strong financial management and property backgrounds makes him the ideal person to guide Sanctuary Cove forward.”

Mr Anderson said he was excited to take on the new position which was a significant expansion of his previous role.

“Having been involved with the body corporate for the past five years I feel I’ve built rapport and mutual respect with Sanctuary Cove residents. I look forward to building on these strong relationships moving forward”

Mr Anderson has more than 27 years’ experience in the property industry and holds a Bachelor of Surveying and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Mr Keith Allardice, previously the Executive General Manager of Mulpha Sanctuary Cove has been promoted to take on a broader portfolio responsibility as Executive General Manager, International Operations for Mulpha Australia Ltd and Mulpha International Bhd.
